Najlaa Aboumerhi

This is not the story of someone brought by coincidence to journalism, as you may heard it often. As a young school girl, I aspired to be a journalist, and I took my steps forward. Writing form a young age, and attempting to do some reports and interviews at school, I meant to study journalism at the university combining it with the experience of working in different prints and Radio at the time in a parallel. After my graduation, I continued pursuing the gathering of skills and knowledge professionally, seeking new experiences. Working in TV, opened to me other dimensions and revived a special taste for breaking news and special coverage.

I love words, I seek quietness in writing still, despite the loudness imposed by the work in TV or any newsroom and the pressing tempo of following the news. So I understand writers, academics, I finished myself a Master from King’s College in London, and journalists in prints. I love dancing and music, I would have probably become a dancer if I didn’t become a journalist, writer and poet.

My tendency toward the study of personality and reading about psychology, nurtured my empathy and my ability to comprehend people around me. I tend to use everything in my pocket to help myself and other navigating around daily challenges at work and life!
